Some builders are now including snore rooms as options in new home builds. For the snoring spouse, opposite work schedules (or garden variety spat), significant others no longer have to make the trek to the couch downstairs.

The “dual owner suite” is located off of the master bedroom and connected by a bathroom. It also has an entrance from the hallway. Snore rooms are being targeted for older couples and empty-nesters who have frequent company in guestrooms, but I know many younger folks with which this would be a hit!

This could actually save some relationships. Snoring was always a dealbreaker.
